Lay back Lavender
We've received a ton of feedback from the many awesome people we've had the chance to meet, and the top requests? Lavender tea, and herbal blends. I was excited to create this blend that takes advantage of the calming properties of lavender and lemon balm. Potassium in rasberry and blackberry leaf can help support sore muscles, and research studies have also found evidence that it can alleviate cramps, nausea, and the symptoms of PMS and UTIs. I finish it off with some lemon peel to balance the florals, and a little sweet basil, which aside from providing a delicate herbal flavor to this blend, is also a powerful anti-inflammatory and has anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties that support your immune system. Plus....its just tasty. Lightly floral, mildy astringent with a velvety texture and an herbal finish. Enjoy!
